AccStocks is a digital account marketplace. We supply social media profiles, messengers, cookies, sessions, and related digital assets for agencies and professionals. All purchases are processed through your USD wallet balance on the platform.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
3. Purchases & delivery
Prices are shown in USD. Payment is deducted from your wallet at checkout. Digital delivery is completed by our team — typically delivery within 1 hour. Credentials and files appear in My Orders once your order status is marked delivered.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for completed digital deliveries except where required by law and after contacting support.
4. Refunds
Refund requests may be submitted through the support system for eligible orders. We review each case individually. Promotional discounts and affiliate commissions may be adjusted if a refund is approved.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, resale in violation of third-party terms, or any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service and freeze balances when abuse is suspected.
6. Limitation of liability
Digital goods are provided as described at the time of purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccStocks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of purchased assets or third-party platform changes.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
